Born in Taiwan, Lin immigrated to the United States in the early 1990s after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fu-Jen Catholic University. In the US, she furthered her education by earning a Master’s degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University. These early years of immigration and education were also spent raising her two children, laying a solid foundation for her future endeavors.
